Ah. A mish-mash of stuff.

first, a list... of "stuff i'd like to do this evening"

  • *Take some photos of the baby mice
*Upload the photos from Simon's birthday
    *Do a post about Simon's 20th
*Find all my definitions for my hazards work
    *Teach myself the nervous system

Now, a quote, right from my toilet ("Never push when it says pull" by Guy Browning [he writes in the Guardian]- a book which is normally situated in front of my lovely Loo where it is read and enjoyed by old and young alike.. by which I mean.. me, duck or si..)

"How to... worry

Roughly half of us spend half our waking moments worrying about things, which in itself is very worrying. Worriers are people obsessed with the future. They spend their time thinking about what might happen rather than what is happening. As the future never comes, their worries are never alleviated. Furthermore, the future is pullulating with possibilities, so the worrier always has a range of calamitous options to select for their undivided attention"
