I made a batch of oatmeal chocolate chip cookies this evening. I used butter instead of oil and it made all the difference.

One week from tomorrow, I have a 40% project due in one course and a series of due dates, including a presentation, for another course worth a total of 60%. All in a day's work, I guess.

I handed in my final paper for business ethics this evening. I was writing about regulations for organic agriculture. Grr! As usual, Canada is behind the rest of the world because the federal government can't get its act together. The market for organic food is growing at 20% per year and Canadian farmers are losing out.
