As stated previously I pretty much hate vox (evan is right), but enough people that I know are starting to use it that I pretty much have to deal with it at this point ( Read more... )

I love that post by evan. I've heard it before but now I can link to it. I don't think Vox is really for us who have walked through the fires of using LiveJournal, but rather more for the bloggers and the people who have never blogged before.

Do you have any tips for places to stay in SF? Cheap but centrally located hotels, empty couches, etc?

saturday through to the following sunday. staying one or two nights at fambai's, then mizrobot and i are on our own. i'm sure there are deals we can arrange for floor space and couches in exchange for company and alcohol. :)

Ya, I can prolly stay at alicetiara's place for a night or three and you two can crash at my sublet. E-mail the two of us and we can discuss details.

Important dates:

7/31 - Only night that BOTH lele and euphorbia will be in town.

8/4 - My Birthday!

EB's right - Vox isn't really for us. But The 6A people have told me that LJ 2 Vox integration is coming along. No idea how far, but it will have some sort of link between the two.
