They came together, in a nice steamy little box.

Its not really a mistake. Rupert Grint's eyes are naturally green and Daniel Radcliffe's eyes are naturally blue. They didnt change the eye color anymore. :) Way back in the first movie, Dan tried to wear green contacts but they irritated his eyes.
