Coding it is fine, we just need to see that it is done!

The artists send the art portion correct? I am just wondering because I have the file I was sent with my art that the artist wanted to show me, but I just wanted to be sure that I wasn't supposed to send that as well with my story. I don't want to be disqualified from this fest like I was the last one I tried to enter for somehow not following the rules exactly. Now I just have to beta it myself since there aren't any sign-ups for betas..joy less than 2 weeks to somehow fix the uneasy missing something still feeling I am having with the story and to make sure it's actually written in understandable English without a 2nd set of eyes to spot the errors I always seem to miss.

The artist handle the art portion, and you can't really get disqualified from this fest, since its not a fest but a challenge that people do or not finish.

Beta's will be arranged for those that asked for it, the comments to the sign up post are screened because we don't want people to have to share their email address with everyone that wants to look.

That makes sense that you screen the beta posts. I have been looking over the story since the deadline is coming up pretty quickly. It looks good but I'm hoping the extra set of eyes might be able to pinpoint anything I need to expand on since its just not screaming "I'm finished" just yet. Thanks for all your help and for running this challenge. It is far smoother than many of the other fests and challenges that I've been a part of and I look forward to reading and commenting on all of the stories!!!

There is definitely a mistake there, we are working on fixing it. Also, your artist is lightthesparks, if she hadn't gotten a hold of you yet I will get in contact with her, sorry for the inconveniences.

Hey guys!

I've given my artist a few days, but things are too close to the dead-line, and I'm worried. My artist's journal is deleted, and so is the e-mail she provided. I don't even know whether she's participating anymore, but I contacted her and haven't heard back, and then when I went to contact her again, I couldn't reach her in any possible way. :(

I can still send in my fic, but I'm afraid I will be without an artist! :( Has she said anything to you; is she working from a different account/e-mail now?

Thanks a lot!

We haven't heard anything from her at all and are assigning another artist to your story. Go ahead and send your fic in and we will give your new artist your contact information to get the draft.
