Hey, its been a long time since i updated so i`ll fill you in on whats up...when i went to state track my time was 5:16:06 there were girls there that ran faster than that =( but thats doesnt matter i was just a freshmen...after that i`ve just been jogging a few mile everyday nothing great..about a month after that i went to florida for about 13
