Lol seriously though when I posted this in _P and other fora last year during the G20 protests @ Toronto people were like, "But he's right, what's the use in protesting capitalism, that's not going to bring people into a movement, it's about ~THE ISSUES~ which clearly have nothing to do with the economic system we're operating under~"

...and now I'm seeing all the #OccupyWallStreet stuff and I'm like, "Uhhhh... :B"

Also quotes like these clearly show what ~community organizer~ Obama thinks about #OWS and protest movements in general: like most mainstream "liberals," he has little respect for them, despite the fact that he was moar than happy to ride a small anti-war distinction between him and Clinton to win the prog. base and the primaries and eventually the general lolection.
