raises hand**** but now i do love eating! Though i ate three times a day with snacks in between. i srsly cant gain a weight. right now i'm roughly 45 kilos! darn it! i'm so skinny afterall... i want to gain atleast 10 kilos

Oh dear! You should go see your family doctor as soon as possible! It Sounds like you're getting malnourish and have lost desire to eat. one of my friends who was on diet has had similar experiences. She became hyper and irritable. fortunately she went to see her doctor. It can progress to anorexic nervosa!!

isn't that a bad diet? I love eating though but i don't like getting fat... T____T I feel so fat these days thanks to all those temptation from my friends.

i guess one way of decreasing weight is through exercise (my only exercise is walking. I useD to Play badminton but the doctor said I can't play anymore indefinitely because of the risk of repeated injury)

worse thing now i have an acute ulcer which causing an acute sore throat *if there such a word XDD* due to my bad eating disorder :p
well, the only way to cure it is just going to dr to get a medical treatment,
though still, it's not completely heal me until now...
so sorry if this not help you much :/

I Love eating but there's a time when I was so busy with collage that made me forgot to eat properly (skipping breakfast, forgot dinner, etc) for almost a month. that time when I having a dinner with my friend I feel really nausea ( I only eat meat and rice) and after that I feel very dizzy and my stomach didn't helping either. I consult my parents about that and they said that my irregular eating schedule made my stomach reject some food, If I keep eating irregularly I might throw up every food that I ate. my parents told me to eating regularly little by little until my stomach can adapt to my usual eating schedule. After a week I don't feel nausea anymore. and I always eating regularly even if I don't feel like to eat I try to eat even just a little portion.
