Anyone on diet?

I'm currently on my diet program right now, and it's quite successful (or at least to me it is xD). I lost 2 kgs weight in 7 days. I do lots of sports (walking in the morning, aerobic in the evening), eat less rice (but I eat lost of fruits), and I have to say that I'm quite pleased with the result. Me, eat only like 2-3 spoons of rice and little vegetables. i don't really eat that much meat too. and eat less food as possible.

when my cousin was going to get married, he only ate from 12pm - 6 pm, meaning from afternoon till evening only. And lost so quick!

i also for my new year i hope to loss about 20kg form my weight

i feel like that it is necessary for me

well... THIS TRICK WAS NOT USED BY ME BUT MY BESTFRIEND AND SHE became so thin just after 2 months.... she said that it was exercise and the food you intake should not contain so much oil. well.... she ate foods without oil so that means just steamed or with soup and without a lot of condiments also

Thanks a lot for sharing the tricks. About oil, I think I can't do that, since my mother cook the meals ^^;; It's the food for the three of us so yeah xD But I will do the exercise. And maybe eat lots of soup from now on ^^

but it's still long way to go, ne?? btw do you still drink carb blocker?? keep on drink it before eat carb, and don't forget to exercise + eat hi-protein :D

I'm still eating it, chan. I think it helps the most hehe.
I will never forget to exercise! I can relief my stress because of that anyway~ lol

Hi Juu,

have you tried RPM class? I do it in some fitness club here. You will sweat a LOOOOOT!!!! or follow a dance class if you like to dance or body combat to release your anger. But make sure, eventhough you'll starve after the class, don't eat anything but fruits and drink lots of water.
