I'm currently on my diet program right now, and it's quite successful (or at least to me it is xD). I lost 2 kgs weight in 7 days. I do lots of sports (walking in the morning, aerobic in the evening), eat less rice (but I eat lost of fruits), and I have to say that I'm quite pleased with the result. But still, my target is still faaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaar

when my cousin was going to get married, he only ate from 12pm - 6 pm, meaning from afternoon till evening only. And lost so quick!

but it's still long way to go, ne?? btw do you still drink carb blocker?? keep on drink it before eat carb, and don't forget to exercise + eat hi-protein :D

have you tried RPM class? I do it in some fitness club here. You will sweat a LOOOOOT!!!! or follow a dance class if you like to dance or body combat to release your anger. But make sure, eventhough you'll starve after the class, don't eat anything but fruits and drink lots of water.
