I remember ages ago, FHM did a "16 things that suck" feature. One of them was "when your favourite band releases a naff album," which is a distressing phenomenon. It doesn't just apply to music, however. It applies to miniatures too.

Dude. It looks like the Eldar from 40k fell into the IK..

While I am amused at "Kaelyssa" and also saddened at her Mini, It is rather pleasing to see the Myrmidons I'd been waiting for, for so long.

Caelyth and her people just jumped a hundred a fifty shades of Awesome in my mind I didn't even know -existed- until now.. I really should get back to writing.

I think part of the problem with the RoS sculpts is that they don't look like the current Elven models (Eiryss and Aiyana). We go from pretty elves, to big noses and tiny necks. Luckily, the Intervictors don't look as bad. I'm hoping Mittens is also good, even if you can only see part of his/her face :p

Oh, and the current colour scheme doesn't help much, either. If I end up getting any RoS they'll definately be a colour other than off-white and eggshell.
