Not a good start to my morning

It's Fat Tuesday, so already I'm a little eh about today-- I don't mind Lent, really, it's just something that takes some mental preparation and conviction, and so it's always a bigger deal than it really seems. Well, I get into work this morning and there's a voicemail from one of our biggest clients' finance department. It seems they're angry
