Canaan is extremely perceptive. He would probably pick up on first meeting that Maora is a boy, but he won't care. Your crossdressing means nothing to him. :| As for Mailman-san, he's good at analyzing face structure and the like, so he's probably pick that up also, but it might take him a little longer to really put it together that it's Maora. He might find that a little stranger, but still, won't really care.

Wilhelm . . . would probably be able to tell Maora is Mailman-san better than that Maora is male, actually. He's godmode and reads 'the flow of human conciousness', but if Maora is really . . . either/or in her head, then what he'll pick up is what Maora is at the moment, would be my appraisal of that. That said, what Canaan sees and hears goes to Wilhelm, so if Canaan meets Maora and discovers she's a guy, Wilhelm will know. But like Canaan, Wilhelm doesn't care. Out of my lot only Toph applies-- she'll be able to tell that Maora is a boy, and she will recognize Mailman-san as Maora, because her body will not change physically. o/

Shiroe and Maya-nee would both notice if they spent enough time around her. Shiroe is extremely curious and inquiring and a psychic and Maya-nee just has a really good intuition and a tendency to observe details about people. But It's nothing they'd now instantly and Maya would probably not even bring it up.
