Since Maora's been in camp for a few months now, Relationship meme! This'll mostly be centered on Maora, but you can ask for my other characters, Raphael, Delita, Vaan, and Naoto, although it should be mentioned that Naoto hasn't been in camp long enough to have made much impression, however castmates may ask for pre-intro thoughts, if you want ( Read more... )

I'M STILL WORKING ON MY GIANT DELITA ESSAY THAT INCLUDES SEVERAL HUNDRED PARAGRAPHS ON DELITA RE: RAMZA. I'M HALFWAY THROUGH. SO YOU WILL HAVE TO WAIT A BIT. In smaller terms, Delita's secretly happy he and Ramza are fighting on the same side again, because whether he'll admit it or not, Ramza's a very important person to him, someone he trusts and cares about a great deal. But he's quite content with keeping that all under wraps. :|b

Vaan's feelings re: Larsa I summed up at the bottom here. LOVE ME. :Db ( ... )

This is one of those cases where Delita really is a teenage boy has_a_package May 24 2009, 07:20:59 UTC
DELITA IS A BIT TORN. On the one hand, he does not have any legitimate reason to dislike Basch whatsoever. Basch is strong, capable, wise, has way more experience as a soldier than he does, and he's in Ashe's good graces. On the other hand, Delita can be a petulant jerk sometimes, and he's jealous of Basch for all those same reasons. Delita would like to think that he could possibly catch Basch off-guard and use whatever weakness he finds to have a reason to look down on him, but he knows it would be completely pointless anyway. Delita knows Basch will always be on Ashe's good side, and nothing he says or does will change that. And certainly, some part of him is thankful that Ashe has someone she believes in, who will fight at her side no matter what, because having someone you can trust absolutely is something he values highly (though whether Delita himself has someone like that is up for speculation). There's also a part of him that kind of wonders (wishes) if Basch would teach him, so maybe he wouldn't feel like he has to be ( ... )

Maora on Hajun?

Maora has generally positive impressions of Hajun, partially because Maora likes that stoic but warm... Sensei-ness of his (it's the sort of personality that Maora's drawn to, where he tries to act calm and centered but gets flustered easily), and partially because he's so important to Hali. Maora sees a lot of traits in both Hajun and Hali that complement one another -- Hajun's rationality in the face of Hali's impatience, Hali's determination in the face of Hajun's stubbornness, etc. She supports the two of them a lot, but knows they must have problems working together sometimes, so Maora's pretty content to give Hajun and Hali support when they need it. Admittedly, she's closer to Hali than she is to Hajun, but she likes him a great deal enough to help him out anyway.

uh!! Maora on Shuri and Tsukiumi.

Both of these are mostly first impressions, as Maora's only had a few threads with each of them WHICH WE SHOULD FIX BECAUSE I LOVE THREADING WITH YOU

Maora on Shuri: MAORA LOEV SHURI BECAUSE SHURI'S AN IDIOT. 8D He's lovable, dorky, and conceited but not in a cruel way (at least not to Maora). She thinks he's silly with all his pride, and is fun to play with. "Shuri-kun, you're so cool~" :>

Maora on Tsukiumi: With every Sekirei of Minato's Maora meets, she grows just a little bit more jealous of him. She's not hugely envious, but there's a part of her that sees a beautiful, forceful woman like Tsukiumi and thinks "o-oh if only~" That having been said, Maora likes Tsukiumi. She's a bit silly and hot-headed, but that sort of attitude is endearing to Maora, and it helps a great deal that she's important to Minato and that she can cares for him. Maora definitely wants to get to know Tsukiumi better.
