its not perfect

when someone dies too many times its starts to strain, and they come back different

it used to be three deaths and the persom comes back with black eyes. no whites, no iris, just black. they're very light sensitive. after that, alive but no heartbeat.

the crew made an annoucnement a couple months back about imrpoving the system. it may take four deaths to get the black eyes but im not entirely sure.

I think its when the deaths are too close together, but I don't know the time frames yet. But one woman died twice--her only deaths here, as far as I know--within about a week and got black eyes.
