I fibbed when I said this was going to be general state of the union. It's not. Shinku is such a jealous whore that this post is all about her. :Dd
Personal Take
In advanced I haven't dropped her. I know I mentioned in an earlier essay that, should life-brand shit be hitting the fan (protip: It Is, Sorta), that she'd be the first on the chopping block. This still holds true, but right now I was being really stubborn and fight-y.
As shown, I've been on at slim hours, at best. Other than helping with betas, I'm a scarce puppy. This is DEPRESSING like whoa since the job prints money but not sanity points and how I wish, wish, wish I didn't have to be there to earn money but they are touchy about confidential info and home boxes. This meant for a while I was really considering dropping from the game completely since. Well. I'm sure there are others that would treat my characters with much love and care. That can't happen though cause I still crave quite a bit to be here and have wacky drama with everyone.
T-the good news is that the slave job is over the halfway mark, quality quotas the bosses are pushing or no quality quota. And even when I start my new job, I know better than to accept a night shift, now. It's absolutely staggering how much time you can lose because your body needs at least four hours of sleep to operate to a functioning level. So, I'm intending to be playing back during the evening times very much thank you life. J-just one more month at most. orz
Shinku in camp
She's somewhat in the same position as Potamos was in--what with the super-important folks around her kind of poofing into the ether. It's been a year, twenty days, eleven hours, five minutes, and twenty seconds starting now. And Suiseiseki is the only one she has left around. No contact with Jun at all. Worse, she can't know if he's alright or worrying or whichever becase the N Fields won't let her into the Sea of Subconscious. Likewise, she no longer has the ring that signifies bond between doll and servant--that disappeared the moment she popped up in camp. That in itself is a bit of an issue, as the Rozen Maidens can't...really move without the ring contract in the real world. They have to wind down and sleep if they're not wound.
Shinku, right now, is still in her case in her cabin, kind of really hating the world for all these obstructions. She knows Light is gone, she felt Suigintou leave, but she can't much do anything on a count of being stuck in a box. Her immediate concern is movement--if not a contract, then at least someone to wind up her spring.
Does she feel a bit abandoned? She probably shouldn't, but it's lingering there. On top of worrying about how Light poofed, she never reconciled with here wayward, homicidal sibling. GJ Shinku. And, well, camp itself is a pain in the place ladies should never speak about. There isn't a lot of good news for her right now other than sib number 2 being alright and probably joyful for the vanishing of Suigintou. She's also annoyed that in a year of being awake, she's made no progress on an alternative to the Alice Game. Nor has she seen hide or hair of a pesky hare, her other sibs, or the still-missing-in-action seventh and final Rozen Maiden. So her mindset is prettymuch worried, annoyed, and ttly depressed.
Plans on getting active.
I'm doing a post this coming weekend! It will be a fishing-type post, which is a sticky topic. Because. Well not everyone wants to volunteer to be a battery for a doll (lies you all know you want to). And I slowly plan to start interacting more with her in general. The one warning I have to put up for everyone's benefit is her status is verymuch revolving around being bummed, irritated, and cranky, so super-social moments aren't happening. BUT that's what camp crack is for--there's a killer to pursue after all. In fact I may have to cook up some fabulous Kun Kun-Tantei hilarity now that I think about it. :3 Y'all have full permission to toss your absolute best and worse at her--she'll get over it eventually. It'll help in her development. another thing to help out is APPING JUN-KUN MY LOVELY TEABITCH AND HIS MERRY ELDER SISTER :Dd
Hey Shouldn't You be Pimping for Your Cast?
I SHOULD. I WILL. Y'all should app sum dollfies cause they're fun and I've got NEW CANON (look for a pimping post no later than Wednesday) on the way proving that I can both end my personal boycott of Peach Pit and see what zombie loan and shugo chara are about and pimp out what few scanslated volumes of DOLLFIES I have.
Anything Else?
Hmmm...Ami will probably be deaged for another week just due to my time constraints, and Shiki will be popping back up...this weekend? Maybe? Ranma's not gonna hog all my time I promise. >.>;
