So, I get home today from work and check the mail. In the mail was a letter from my bank saying that they are holding 2 checks that I deposited until July 6th. These checks came from my home equity line of credit and will clear for sure, but they are holding them anyway because of the amount

I read the letter... it says at the bottom that if we weren't notified when the checks were deposited, that they would eat the NSF fees. I'm more concerned with it ending up on our credit reports.
