Well to all those who want to know how i am....i am doing well.....i am experiencing minimal pain. But the only crappy thing is i feel extra fat, and there is still a lot of crap i cannot do on my own still(like lift certain things, drive, button certain pairs of pants) so that is kinda annoying. but i still don't know if i have done the right
