I am all kinds of excited to give this a go, and will be hopefully arranging for a D&D Insider compatible computer tonight to get character building started. That said, a few questions/points for us all to discuss

I'm interested in the 'low level government functionary' setup. Probably a less goofy rendition than I originally was thinking of, but it sounds like a neat framework to start from as justification for working together and all that.

Just make an application (just note who you are), or just note the wikidot username you want to use here and I'll send an invite.

I think the civil-service idea is a good one; it's not necessary for everyone to be a civil servant, but it's a useful frame device.

We will be doing adventures that go outside the city, as well, since there's the great big mysterious Outside World and the "re-seeding" project.
