Work is killing me and I mean that almost quite literally. I've reached the end of my tether. I'm busy filling out applications for alternative employment and as soon as I have a new job lined up, I am quitting. I cannot take this much longer without going utterly bonkers ( Read more... ) -

Oh teh painz, teh painz of an arteest!1!
I have, in the course of just one day, written and posted a fan fiction. Oddly enough, posting it was actually far more agonizing than actually putting pen to paper (although, believe me, I agonized enough during that portion of the writing process too). I just don't know how to feel anymore. I keep careening between bitter anger, depression and numbness. Sometimes, it feels like I've got a black hole in the middle of my soul and I'm being torn apart, molecule by molecule. Sometimes it hurts so much. It would be a bitter irony to lose my mind completely just in time for the holidays. :|

Tired and bored and depressed and I am all three. I worked a double shift today. Why? Because I stupidly agreed to cover for an ill coworker to work a seminar luncheon in addition to my regular shift.
