i have COPD...13 years of abusing my lungs has caught up with me...
but somehow i've known for a while,and this confirmation is a good thing.
i'm at a major,spiritual,physical,emotional turning point in my life.but i feel alive and i really just need to take care of me right now.in every&all aspect.

what's COPD? regardless, i hope you're gonna kick it's ass. i'm still smoking but i know the point will come where i'll realize it's best to just fucking stop. haha.

COPD stands for chronic obstructive pulminary disease, or more commonly known as emphasema...
i guess it's my time to stop now...
if you decide to try to stop,check out the nicotral inhaler.
i've been using it for a few days(they gave it to me to sample@doctors),and it works great...it's a little inhaler thingy that you put cartridges of nicotine in,and then puff it like a cig and u get the nicotine,but not all the tar from an actual cig.
