i am exhausted. my body is achy from tiredness. my kid, thankfully, is watching barney, eating goldfish and ricecakes. he is slowly but surly getting into t.v, and while i try to keep it at a moderate amount, i must admit i am fucking thrilled. this mama needs some wake up time to transition into the world of the living after a restful night ( Read more... )

Don't you wish every night was as collaborative and peaceful as that???

And, ha! I'm going to make pumpkin muffins today too. Must be the season, eh?

Have you turned Tricky on to Maisy or the Wiggles yet? I always swore I would never show my child the Wiggles, but they're actually kinda fun. I find myself (and have even seen gretchney) doing the dances...scary.

I have been trying to covertly get your address ever since i got the diap!!! i'm sorry sorry sorry i haven't acknowledged it before now. thank you thank you!! it's sooooo soft. and the dragonfly's are way cool. i want more. what are the specs on that one, do you remember? i mean, on the order page you can select all sorts of options so I'm just wondering what options that one is built of.

I was against most of the pbs shows, but have come around. Clifford actually has some good messages, and za (unfortunately) loves dragon tales. She went through a Tubbies phase, but then was all over Boobah when that started. God kids tv is weird.

that's a size small with velour inside and a velour topped soaker. i've tried a couple different combos of here's, and the all-velour is my favourite. you'll discover that it's essentailly impossible to stain velour as well, so your dipes stay fresh looking.

i really encourage you to stock up on those dipes for #2 because the fit is sooooo god and they are so incredibly inexpensive. the small are only $8 apiece with the soaker, and if you send her your own fabric for the outer (smalls require a 20x20 inch piece) she'll knock $2 off the price. that's what i plan to do for my mainstay for the next baby...pick out fabric i really like at the fabric store and have them all custom made.

be aware that her orders usually take 2-3 weeks because hse makes everything to order, and if you were to send her a big order it may take a month even. just a heads up.

you can visit her at www.lucyshopechest.com and her name is becky.
