you're usually the most important part of my friends list. always interesting.

i'm glad you got the package! i was too cheap to cough up the extra 50 cents for first class so it went parcel post then i felt dumb for not just spending it but then it got there in a timely manner so that's great.

oh man, i should not even admit this, but my brain actually thought "that's great! does that mean you get to vote for free?" before i could stop it.

my mom is an election judge every year in the town i grew up in, and she gives me a play-by-play, from the moment they set up the podiums to the last kashwock of the gym doors closing after it's all over. she does the same thing when she's on jury duty, which, much to my joy, she gets selected for on a regular basis.

hi, i'm sleepy and i can't shut up. i hope zane is doing well.

my crazy montana-bred, "did you see how she was dressed, with skin showing? she must have been thirty!", potato chips are a vegetable boss actually CALLED me on my day off to tell me to tune in to that channel last spring for some election discussion. i tried to but got it all wrong on my non-digital tuner and was listening to a very conserative evangelical talk show that also was having election discussion and was soooo confused for some time.

yeah, that would be the praise station, better known as the one that ALL of buffalo listens to, except for the pickleboot household, where hedonism and sinful life reign supreme.

this cracked me up.

And just for reference (from the MPR junkie), there are two MPR stations - 99.5 is the classical station, and then 91.1 is the talk radio one. There is a major difference, you need to tune into 91.1

And then when you want to listen to Dr. Laura and other random gossipy shows that take no brains.....107.1
