Ready for my 3rd PSP tutorial? Make this icon:
 from this base I made:

If you read and followed my last tutorial, this one is very similar to it!

1. Open up your new image, crop it, and resize it to 100x100 pixels.
2. Duplicate your base, and set it to screen at 100% opacity. Sharpen it if you need to. Play around with your opacity, not every image will turn out the same!
3. Add a new raster layer (layers: new raster layer) above the duplicated base layer (your layer order should look like this, from bottom to top: base, duplicated base set to screen, new raster layer). Set your raster layer to burn 100% opacity.
4. Fill your raster layer (do this by pressing f on your keyboard if you're using PSP) with this color: #AAE6FC.
5. Make a new hue/saturation/lightness adjustment layer (layers: new adjustment layer: hue/saturation/lightness). Up your saturation to +48, or lower if your image is already bright.
6. Make a new color balance adjustment layer (layers: new adjustment layer: color balance), and type in these numbers going across in the "midtones" with "preserve luminance" checked. -27, +26, -6.
7. Last step! Make a new curves adjustment layer (layers: new adjustment layer: curves), and type in these settings for RGB, top to bottom: +63, +38.

All done! Comments are ♥! Friend me if you like the tutorial, and show me how you do with it! Here is another example from the tutorial:
