I know this is probably the dumbest question ever, but how do you set the opacity? Sorry, I'm really new at this.

ohhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh! doh! Thanks! I kept looking under Image > Adjustments. I'm trying to do these effects on normal size pictures but the texture doesn't do as well stretched out. Any pointers on making my own, bigger textures?
