nobody has any issues with that does emma just do all the paperwork in the town herself with the number of crimes growing since she became sheriff you'd think she wouldn't have any time to sleepFor a program that makes me cringe with all the inaccuracies my home state’s geography/law/County Road system… this has to be one of the few things that Hollywood seems to have gotten right about Maine (well, for a couple of episodes… at least ( ... )

The moment Emma gave Henry up for adoption, she had no business being back into her son's life. I don't care if Regina was the devil herself. If Emma thought Regina was mishandling Henry, she should have reported the other woman to the authorities. But she didn't. She broke the law and hung around town.

I don't make excuses for Regina's mistakes and crimes. She is guilty of a lot of things. But I do get tired of people making excuses for Emma's mistakes . . . and crimes.

Ironically, I didn't dislike Emma back in Season 1. I disliked Regina. However, my feelings for the two women are now reversed.

Arresting Snow White on a meditated murder charge… that’s a no-go.

If the evidence had pointed to Snow White, Emma damn well can. Then it would have been her business to find the clues to clear Snow . . . LEGALLY.
