Rating: PG for a bit of swearing
Genre: General
Spoilers: None really. Kinda AU-ish.
Summary: Short, sappy story wherein Edward realizes something.

Thank you very much for the positive feedback! I was worried it would come across as too sappy and kinda OOC, seeing as I haven't written fanfiction in months. I was having difficulty capturing each character's 'essence'.

i like the pairing roy/ed more but papa roy is good too. so sweet how he was there to give ed his medal like a daddy.
