Hey sweetie.You said if I ever needed help with restrictions, etc I could ask you. Well, I need your help. I have a really hard time with self control. Like I'll eat little through out the day then by the evening I will stuff my face and I feel so disgusting. I really don't want to puke it up because everytime I go to try that I can't bring myself to do it or my finger won't go down my throat far enough. Thank you <3.
Yeah, See thats my problem too half the time. What I do is just remind myself that ive been doing SO good all day and like whatever I was going to eat I think of how discusting it is or how I ruined my whole day of what I ate. I dont know the whole guilt thing helps me. Sorry thats like the ONE thing i have a problem with too. Good Luck!!<333
no offense but that doesnt sound like help encouraging someone else to be self destructive. not eating is the problem. not the lack of being able to make yourself puke. or that's my opinion. i'd just sugjest trying hard enough at exercising and eating more small meals so that by the end of the day you dont feel the need to eat a whole lot itll speed up your metabolism so in the future you wont have to worry. no matter how self-destructive you are to yourself ill always love you alexz and im getting you through this. I LOVE YOU!!!!!
i wish you would just.....eat go on....you know you want to. its tempting. but thats not bad because you neeeeed to eat. go on a vegetarian diet. they work. and its good for you. go have a humongous salad! and buy mock meats and stuff like tofu...they are good...and ill recommend a good brand..morning star! id laugh pretty hard if you were already a vegetarian and im rambling for nothing haha....just dont EVER make yourself throw up. i would have to find out where you live and personally shove food down your throat. <3333 Felicia
Well see that had a lot more to do with then just eating I think i was in one of those really depressed 5 minute moods haha and you know this morning I woke up with a whole new attitude on the whole not eating subject. I mean i workout like for sure at least once a day and i easily burn 500 calories (100 walking to and from school and 400 when i work out) and I only had about 400 calories and was really burning myself out and If i have like 800 a day I will still lose all the weight i want eventually and ill do it much healthier but you made me feel better Thanks for caring :) <333
