Maybe we all need catastrophes in our lives?

I spent the afternoon watching mission impossible 3. It was, heart pulpitating D: and i think if i watch too much of these my ventricles would start to hurt. Half the time i was clasping my hands over my cheeks as if that could protect me from whatever scariness there was to come. :\ I havent watched shows for very long i think i get very sensitive
