Well, it is official, we have new neighbors.  Luckily for us, the new neighbors are Jay's sister and her boyfriend.  I cannot put into words the excitement that I feel.  I am ecstatic that I know who will be moving in, there will be no crossing of our fingers or prayers to an unknown being.  Julie and John work normal hours, they are clean, quiet
