OFFICIALLY A GOKUSEN
O_o im now.. a high school teacher..

>> yep.. i did the unthinkable.. i did the one thing that i promised myself i wouldnt do..
i accepted a teaching position in the highschool dept. *gulps* XD
its not all bad, especially since im teaching now in my alma mater. >> AND since we are a self-study school.. this means, i really wouldnt be teaching them but just guiding them and helping them whenever they encounter sumthing in the module where they dont get. AND SINCE most of the answers are provided in a manual.. >> thats really easy.. >__< except when its a math problem and they WANT an explanation on WHY this and this happened.. XP *shudders* i hate and abhor algebra.. but thank goodness i at least understand the questions and i dont look/sound a complete idiot when they ask me stuff.
its all fun.. ^^ and i feel weird at the same time.. >> i feel like i went back through time and im in highschool again.. >> coz my coworkers used to be my teachers (yesh, they are still there!) and i cant help but feel a bit weirded out. >> surprisingly, after 5 days of teaching, ive come to enjoy it. its fun interacting with these older kids.. i get to joke and kid around them (and they "got" me..) and thanks to my avid interest in anime and books.. >> i get along with them pretty well! XD they (esp. the girls) actually want to knw my YM username so that we could chat.. >> im thinking about it. >> im not prepared for them to know EVERYTHING about me.. >> especially my *coughs* "smoking" past. XD Plus, on the benefit side.. >> some of the boys are cute. XD hehehe.. there's this 13 yr old boy.. whose the biggest and tallest of the bunch.. and has the deepest voice EVER. >> and he plays TENNIS!!! (NYAH! Prince of tennis? XD) >> yeah.. but im not about to tell him that.. XD he's cute.. and so are the others. ^^ so.. all's well.
anyway.. >> hopefully.. this SY will NOT be a traumatic one.. >> and since ive survived a week with them.. hopefully, it will be smooth sailing till the end of the School year. >> we are gonna have a teens camp (4 days.. T__T no internet!! T__T) next next week.. so im also looking forward to taht.
oh and by the way.. how many students do i have you ask? >> 36 students.. >> i think there are more boys than girls.. >> i dont remember XP
anyway.. so thats the latest happening in my life.
oh btw... ive been smoke free for 30 days now. ^^ isnt that AWESOME? ^^
