I spent all day yesterday at the ATA listening to a Canadian woman try again to inspire us to use elementary school techniques in our high school classroom. Our table got a bit ugly with her. I have a list of about 40 parents I need to call since they have a D or below in my class. I swear my class is not hard. Roughly 90% of them are doing bad because they refuse to do homework which accounts for 20% of their grade. The rainy weather here in New Orleans has lately been pushing me into the writing process again. I stopped using this thing because, frankly, I felt I had run out of items to contemplate. Twenty-seven days until I turn 25. Let the drinking commence.

I may seriously smoke several cigarettes tonight. And I might get drunk. This probably ranks as one of the worst fucking days ever. Maybe after a few puffs and liquid joy I'll see things differently. Until then fuck you world.
