Jewel's album Pieces of You will always hold a soft spot in my heart, since it was basically the soundtrack to my Junior and Senior year. She was also my first secular concert and none of her other albums holds a candle to POY.
Painters ... gah. It made me cry when I was a teenager.
I remember listening to it on repeat night after night. Painters and Adrian always brought me to tears man, but really I thought the whole album was incredible. IMO, her best work.
Yes, 18th Floor Balcony is amazing! And I remember Adrian always making me cry, it was actually between that and this song for this list, and I'm actually making another song list for this challenge so Adrian might be on it to tell the truth because the song tugs at my heart strings.
I really love Kate's Hallelujah version, it's a really difficult song to cover I think and Kate does it so well, but Jeff's holds a special place in my heart.

I will always love Jewel's Pieces of Me album. Adrian always broke my heart but I used to listen to it over and over again.

I've never heard Jeff Buckley's version of Hallelujah-I have Kate Voegele's version on my iPod-but man he has an amazing version of this song as well!
