I'm starting to wonder why everyone- me included- is so hard on Stargate Atlantis. In the four plus weeks I've been on nightshift, I've downloaded and watched every episode up to 3x10, and to be honest it really is quite entertaining

Since you made a reference to Firefly, I would like to say something about it. You know what the really great thing about Firefly is? There are no aliens. It's a SciFi show which has some level of human reality to it. By that, I mean it's somewhat plausable

I LOVE Firefly. I think it's a combination of the fact that a) it's like the Wild West, only in space, b) the government is an amalgamation of the US and Chinese governments and c) there are no aliens, which makes it so awesome
