Oy. Oy, oy, oy. Reminds me of when I worked in a coffeeshop. Something about being a customer just seems to bring out the absolute worst in people. It was disgusting.

There was one night, though, where I really thought I was going to lose it completely. I went to the break room and cried before fixing myself back up and going out to face a long line of customers. I made one girl her drink, and she left only to return a couple minutes later. Oh god, I thought. What did I do wrong now? She just smiled at me, said, "I want you to know this drink is really good. Thank you," and left. And for a moment I was like, okay. Okay. I can do this!

I quit, though. They had me working 4:30 to 11:30 every night, and I was just exhausted. No time to do homework or anything. It was just... Ugh.

Stay strong! You're great!!!
