I've been a long time member, but have never posted before. I received a camera from my brother yesterday. So naturally I wanted to test it out. It is a canon powershot elph 100hs. 12.1 pixel. It's definitely dust. You can see through it. Orbs are more solid and sometimes colored.

I have no doubt of it :)

It's easier to tell because dust orbs are very clear and have a discernible shape. Paranormal orbs can present as smudges, opaque, and even colored, which is pretty neat.

I'd be more worried about the distorted blurry faces (just kidding). Would be cool to catch something paranormal on a camera though :)

You can also see light reflecting off of the guy with the camera's shoe. That is what has probably caused the orbs.

Orbs are NOT indicative of paranormal activity, and anyone who presents them as proof is an amateur and gullible at best.

Have to agree. I never take orbs as evidence. There are just way too many natural explanations for me to accept them.
