The national media is too busy over-inflating the severity of the two hurricanes in the Gulf of Mexico to pay any attention to events outside of the US. It is rather myoptic of them, but what's new? After all there is nothing more important than Our Problems is there? (end rant)

Sorry, I'm just overloaded with the whole hurricane thing, and the way it hijacked all other news. Personally I think our media reports too little on world events, and I honestly don't know where to go to get decent info, any suggestions?
