I'm glad the Evans are safe! As for installation of CC, my partner set up the direct folder for mine (I've never used monkey helper or anything like that, it's always a direct copy/paste into the mods folder), but I can get him to write down how to do it and then I can email it to you if you'd like. If you are using windows, you may be able to get someone to do a system restore and get your pictures back. It's a thin hope, but sometimes it's possible.
That would be amazing if u could get him to write down how he did it, he did it the new way, with the CFG file didn't he? Yeah I'm using Windows but I deleted everything from the recycle bin so I don't know if its even possible :/ But lol its great u live so close cause now someone is in the same timezone as me xD Did u get my message?

There is a file and a folder that you need to put in the directory in the sims 3 folder in "my documents". I'm about to email it to Havana, if you'd like, inbox me your email address and I can forward it to you too :)
hi, aspenchronicles, i have that problem aswell, can you send me the dirctions aswell, cause i have noidea how to download cc, i have only one hair for girl todd and one hair for boy todd, and i have a new legacy, so im in a pretty bad situation, please can you send me the directions :)

oh no, that happend to me too, but on a different laptop, so i lost my games too (i had sims 2 back then and a game called half life 2, and sims 2 night life :( and my normal old school the sims) i wish i knew how to help you :( Good Luck :D
