Thanks to a post office visit, Schuldig has regained full use of his telepathy. This means that not only can he read a character's mind, but he can actually tweak stuff in there. THIS INCLUDES OUTRIGHT MIND CONTROL.

I'm not exactly sure if Slugger would count as exempt or not. For context, he's a monster-like construct of human imagination and is made up of a large collection of other people's negative energy/emotions. However, in Mayfield he's trapped in the body of a human boy (though he becomes less and less human with every ability he regains).

I would imagine that Schuldig can probably hear his thoughts but they're probably not thoughts he'd want to really deal with.

Garviel might well be a significant challenge. He's over 120 years old, and as a Space marine has certain defenses against over psychic control. He can be mindread but due to 1: Garviel's notable canonical resistance to mind-controlling effects and general purity, and 2: his being a space marine who all have a bit of resistance in this area, he will be bitchhard to physically control. (Though not impossible.)

Ilsa is likely to fight controls as hard as she can. Thoughts might be harder, with her training. However, that might be safer for him, with how many spells don't require a kinetic element.

I definitely want to plot something out the next time something goes down on Kramden Road.

Badou's thoughts can be read as said in your previous post. For mind control, the first time he'll probably not even notice until it's too late. Any other consequent times he'd probably try to fight it and...Probably not do so hot unless he gets lucky I guess?
