But I've got a few rules:

1) This is for prompts that you can't otherwise prompt for me at comment_fic. Either you've used up all your slots or it's a Lonely Prompt weekend, just as long as the prompt showing up here isn't a prompt you've written there. This is for the sake of my own

He knows he ought to hire an accountant, but in a city like this… He will need to be certain to hire someone he knows, and from elsewhere at that. There are too many games played, too many politics and too much gossip. He has no desire for anyone to have eyes inside his business any more than he would allow them to have eyes inside his house

Why yes, yes it is that Atherton. I wanted an asshole name without making someone an asshole, so I figured the snobbery nod would work...

Jeff will dry him up and treat him well, for sure. This is why Christian doesn't end up leaving when he would have otherwise, and why he ends up meeting Steve, cos Jeff gives him extra work up at his shop......

Umm. I don't see Ath playing too much a part, unless I do actually write Jeff tearing him a new one. It's embarrassing for him to be talked down to by someone with no nobility and only social rank, and the fact that he's right and Lord Hutton will obviously back Morgan will damage his standing...

God the name from raggedy_edge. She knows someone with a horse named Tenoch... I think she said it was a kind of liquor. :)
