I get these sleep headaches

I get these awful headaches if I don't get enough sleep, and they are so frustrating simply because I can see them coming a mile away, and I can't do anything to stop them unless I go to sleep, which I can't do because of kids/work. Today I had a bad one, had to leave my last class early. The assistant in there is really good, and covered for me. I

Are you OK getting yourself home when one of the bad headaches attack? I hate travelling when I have a migraine. Everything annoys it - smells, noises, lights.
