Yearly post incoming here. Tomorrow is my birthday of 45 years, which makes today the anniversary of disturbing things. I can rattle off various "adultings" happening in my life these days. This requires more than a simple congratulations. 45 is an accomplishment, I think. I suppose it's a slightly frightening one, but I always remind myself of the alternative...

Love hearing about the barre class. What a fascinating way to end up in a sweat!

Any and all remodels take forever, but you certain to love the outcome more per each day of frustration. (grin)
