I wish I could deny the truth in your claims but unfortunately you are right. I have never been the "Keep Christ in Christmas" type. Far from it actually. Once my family started to fall apart when I was younger I hardly blinked an eye at Christmas. I am trying to get better at it now and take advantage of my family and friends while they are all around and together.
I also cannot lie and say I haven't wanted to throw myself out the window a couple of times around this joyous season.

Thank you but it is okay, really. It doesn't bother me or anything. The damage and scars are comfortably in place.
I appreciate the offer but California is a place I try to stay away from not to mention I finally have all of my family and friends in one place this year. I am taking full advantage of that.
