This is my first Tutorial, so be nice ^^

We start with this image.

Crop, sharpen etc..
You become this:
Create a new layer and fill it with light blue.
I used #93e2ee
Set the opacity on 50% and erase the blue on Micheal's and Yin's face.
You must become something like this:
Set the opacity again at 100% and set the blend mode on 'Color Burn'
Duplicate your base layer an set it on top.
Go to Filter > Blur> Gaussian Blur
Set the Radius on 1.5 and click OK.
Set the opacity on 50%
Duplicate your base layer and set it on top.
Set the blend mode on 'Soft Light'
Create a new layer and fill it with a dark blue.
I used #010124
Set the opacity on 65% and the blend mode on 'Exculsion'
Take this brush and set the blend mode on 'Screen':

Next take this Tinytext and set the blend mode on 'Darken':
(Tinytext made by me)
This is your final result ! :
