It seems like a lot of us from high school are feeling that lately. I actually know exactly what you mean. A year ago I wanted nothing more than a job in theatre doing traveling shows and whatnot, now not even a year through college I'm not even a theatre major anymore and I just want a normal 9-5 job like you do. People say that college is the place to find yourself, and wow, it seems like we've found that to be true. Everything seems really complicated right now, but I don't think that any hypothetical mistakes that we make now will be so huge that it'll affect our futures too terribly, and as difficult as it is to not feel crazy for thinking this way, I think we know that whatever decisions we make now are not permanent, we can fix them if we feel the need. I think it's a good thing that we were all so ambitious when we graduated, because even if it didn't set us on the right path job-wise, we already have the kind of attitude that'll keep us motivated.
