He clears his throat.

I've been thinking that maybe I... well, I mean, I barely even need the cane anymore and I've been... able to get all the way around the block on my own, so... maybe... maybe I could... Hesitating. Starting and stopping a few times. Face reddened.

Until his hand moves to cover his eyes.

"Seven hells, it's like the first time all over again."
