I have a house!!!!!!
I have bought a house. So excited!!! And it worked out perfectly with the end of my lease, I'll have just enough time to move out of my apartment and into the new house. And still have time to clean the apartment.
However, I'm not holding out a lot of hope for help from my roommate, considering I'm last on his list for anything. Anything like repayment of rent, bills, help around the house, cleaning, mowing the lawn, etc... I'm paying all the rent + bills myself, but I have to support this total dead weight of a roommate. I should have moved out last year.
But, house, YAY! No roommate! YAY!
Still freaking out a little bit about the actual move, but I'm ready.
