I have not posted on Livejournal in a very long time.  But I thought I should, as my mood has been starting to pick up lately and I want to keep it that way.  I had an emotoinal break down, after all these months, and I don't know if it was not getting any sleep the night before, or irritiability from a bad day, but I let my hold go.  The hard part
