I'm sorry I didn't have this up from square one, but I feel as though I'm in need of an OOC Permission Post.
As some of you may know, Ulki has the extreme ability to hear anything for miles. Due to paranoia (if that's what you want to call it), he has the tendency to research everything on anyone he meets or has heard things about. For example, after he met Hawke, he felt incredibly inclined to research anything he could about him. While he's most likely to find ways to access a physical database, he's not far from using the Internet to find out things about people. To top that off, he uses his hearing to his advantage. Whenever the character he's curious about is talking or is being talked about, he'll listen and take notes. Basically, if you want to ask anyone about anyone, Ulki might be the guy to go to if nobody seems to know the dude.
For an example of what he does, you can see his support conversation with Boyd, who he so sweetly researched with what little they have on him in Tellius. (He still learned way too much about him.)
TL;DR I want to know what sorts of things you'll allow Ulki to hear/learn/find out.
We all know the rules of godmodding. As much as I wish that Ulki could just learn everything, that's not always the nice thing to do. Because of this, I'm making this post so you can tell me important facts about your characters and tell me what sorts of things you don't want Ulki finding out. In those instances, I'll either have Jigglypuff put him to sleep/intercept his hearing with a large semi-truck/blissfully ignore the situation.
MIGHT I LET YOU KNOW that Ulki, no matter what, only keeps the information to himself. He does not gossip. Additionally, if I plan to do anything with this information, I will contact you first! There's nothing cool about dumping your character's secrets on the internets, so... you won't have to fear about that. He'll mostly use it to know your dude and be suspicious.

OK to research/listen?: I'm very understanding if you don't want Ulki to figure out anything outside of the conversations they have. If you don't mark this, Ulki's at least apt to figure out a thing or two about your character. If you mark this, you don't have to fill out anything else.
What might he find?: tell me, good denizen, what dirt is there on your dude? Basically, what are important things Ulki can learn through listening to people/filing through databases? These would mostly be facts and background information as opposed to personal weaknesses, unless they're a formidable opponent and that is an important detail. Anything you put here will be able to be accessed by Ulki.
How difficult is it to find all of this out?: Ulki is the master at listening and that's really easy. However, if the information is locked in a safe in the middle of the internet with a 67-key passphrase, I don't know if Ulki's gonna get there too quickly. Some of the information you write down, he will never learn...
I don't want him to learn: anything you put here is strictly off limits unless you privately tell me otherwise. Sometimes I'll do research on a character to help Ulki out and if I come across these facts, I'll throw them out my Window of Reverse Knowledge. Put everything you don't want douchebird knowing here.
