I just had one of the most annoying web sessions failing to do a simple action of "Get a form to renew my corporate registration". Seems the State of GA has decided *everyone* has to have an online account on their site https://cgov.sos.state.ga.us, or do renewals in person

Idiots! You can tell a well-run site by whether they get this kind of session management right. There aren't all that many of them.
