ISO Writer's group for Chinese writer wanting to work on her English

I am looking for a writer's group or forum, ideally online, that is willing to provide (in addition to the usual writer's support) grammatical critique and support to someone for whom English is not only a second language, but a learned-in-adulthood language. Tell her to check out her local library. A friend of mine ran writer's groups at my local library and the library in the town where her husband works. She'd probably have done one at their local library except that it is only open 3 days a week at odd hours.
